Your account details (name, email, password — stored hashed), and the data you enter to run your business or build: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses, certificates, licences, files and messages.
Only to provide the service — to run your account and connect the builders, trades and owners you choose to work with. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your business data is yours. Other people on a build only see what you (or the builder) explicitly share — trades’ commercial pricing is never exposed to owners. Access is default-deny.
Your data is stored on Australian-run infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and keep durable, crash-safe backups.
You can access, correct or delete your data, or close your account. To request any of this, contact us from the email on your account.
